These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of thinkFOUND website and other invoicing resulting in the purchase of a thinkFOUND item. By accessing this website or emailing us via info@thinkfound.co.uk, placing an order and proceeding through the checkout or paying an invoice you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge your right to cancel. We reserve the right to update our Terms & Conditions at any time, and you should therefore read them prior to any purchase.



The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements:

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website.


Product Descriptions

All of our products have an accurate description of what you will be receiving and you should read carefully prior to purchase. Our friendly team is on hand for any presale questions should you have any queries or concerns before purchase. Should any description be found to have a specification error, we will rectify this immediately. While we have done our best to show our products as accurately as possible, due to monitor/colour settings, we cannot guarantee that the appearance will be 100% accurate for what every person is seeing. All sizes/quoted are supplied with a tolerance of +/- 2cm. We have ensured that all data and information contained on this website is as accurate as possible, and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.



Please ensure that you use all of the appropriate protective equipment when handling cut steel as these can have rough or sharp edges. We cannot be held accountable for any injuries sustained while handling our products should you not be taking the proper protective measures. Likewise, our scaffold boards should be handled with the correct gloves to prevent any splinters or rough edges causing damage. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of any of our products.



Currently orders through the website are handled through Stripe & Paypal. You do not have to have a Stripe or Paypal account as you can checkout as a guest, and simply enter your card details without the need to register with them. Stripe & Paypal accept all major credit and debit cards.



While we have taken every care to ensure all of our products have been described and priced accurately, sometimes input errors can occur. Should this inadvertently happen, we reserve the right to change the price/information and cancel any order. In this unlikely circumstance, we would of course contact you and notify you of the cancellation and the correct price should you wish to reorder.



Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering as this cannot be changed later. All items order on the site take between 6-8working days to be made and ready for collection. Items being delivered may take 1-4 days after the item has been ready. Times vary due to location of delivery address. Please note, as we have no control over the courier service, this can only be an estimate. We send out our products in good faith, and sometimes parcels can be delayed, go missing, or be delayed beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any delay or loss due to a late or missing delivery. We cannot be liable for any delay in the delivery of products that’s outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.


Receipt of goods

All our products are checked and packaged well prior to being sent out for delivery. Once they have been signed for, we can accept no responsibility for loss or damage. On receipt of the goods from the courier, please inspect the parcel before signing for the item. Should the parcel appear to be damaged, with any items missing, you must sign for the item as damaged or missing items. In these circumstances, you must then contact us as soon as possible, and within 48 hours, so that we can resolve any problems and make a claim with the courier company. Please provide as much information as possible, including an photographic evidence showing any damage to the packaging and the contents inside. Failure to contact us within 48 hours may result in your claim being refused.



Should your package be returned to us as undelivered for any reason, then we cannot be held accountable for any loss, charges or expenses occured from any delay. We may charge for a second delivery.



We want all our customers to be happy with their items. If you have an issue with any item please do get in touch and we will do our best to resolve any issue you may have. If you have issues with your product please return items to our workshop for us to inspect and work with you to rectify any issues that have occured with your item. If items have been modified beyond our workshop or have been damaged or parts missing we will not be able to accept returns. After 30 days of the original purchase being made (when the item has gone through our online checkout or the date on an invoice that has been issued) we are unable to issue refunds on products ordered through the website or via invoice. Please note we are unable to refund custom made pieces. This means bespoke items that have been made to suit the customers measurements. Once the item has left the workshop we are no longer responsible for the item. As is the nature of reclaimed wood our tables do have individual character to them with dents and knots; what you would expect with reclaimed wood. We believe this adds depth to our tables creating a lived item with history given a new lease of life therefore items may have such characteristics.
